Ingredients

  • 3 large apples Red Delicious cored, 1/2
  • 1/2 cup celery sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins white
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

    1. Combine mayo, lemon juice and sugar. Toss with remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to eat or about 30 minutes.
