Hash Brown Sweet Potatoes

  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Servings: 4 servings


  • 10 count sage leaves fresh
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup water


    1. In a skillet lightly brown 5 sage leaves in one tablespoon of butter. Remove and set aside. Add remaining butter and saute peeled and cubed sweet potatoes.
    2. Chop the other sage leaves and add to sweet potatoes. Add 1 cup of water and continue to cook sweet potatoes until water has completely evaporated and sweet potatoes are fully cooked. Garnish with sage leaves and serve.
