Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pound beef chuck eye roast
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 package frozen baby carrots
  • 10 3/4 ounce beef broth
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    1. Season roast with salt and pepper.
    2. Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker.
    3. Cook on high for 4 hours.
