Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    1. Rinse and dry Brussel sprouts; place in a baking dish in a single layer.
    2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    3. Bake for about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
