Sheri's Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 can kidney beans 15 oz
  • 1 can black beans 15 oz
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped or diced
  • 1 pound ground chicken

Directions

    1. Brown chicken with onion until done.
    2. Add all the spices and saute for a few minutes before adding the beans,tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
    3. Add two cans of water, rinsing the cans.
    4. Lower heat to medium and continue cooking for about 20 minutes more.
